Your data is yours.

The short version: we collect the little we need to run the app you are using, we do not sell it, we do not track you across the internet, and you can have it deleted whenever you want.

Last updated 17 August 2026. This policy covers this website and the apps listed below, all published by Harbour SW Development, a trading name of iCentric Systems Ltd (England and Wales).

Which apps this covers

Fledge

Budgeting. Your email address, and the figures you type in.

Harbour Fitness

Club membership. Your email address, and what your club records against your membership.

Stock4

Stock control for trades. Your email address, and your company's stock and order records.

Freehold does more than these - it takes subscription payments and stores receipt images - so it has its own policy, linked from its own listing.

What we collect, and why

Your name and email address

So you can sign in, so your data follows you to a new phone, and so we can send you the things the app has to send - confirming your email address, and resetting your password if you ask.

Whatever you type into the app

In Fledge that is your budget: amounts, dates and the names you give things. We store it so the app can show it back to you. Nobody at Harbour reads it as a matter of course, and we never use it to build a profile of you or sell anything to you.

Basic technical logs

Our servers keep short-lived records of requests and errors, which is how we find out something is broken. They are not used to follow what you do.

What we do not do

  • · No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
  • · No analytics or tracking SDKs inside the apps.
  • · No selling or renting your data to anyone, ever.
  • · No bank connections - our finance apps never see your bank.

This website

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies and tells us things like which page you landed on and roughly where in the world you are. We do not use it to identify you.

If you would rather not be counted, browser settings or an ad blocker will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it.

Where it is kept, and who else sees it

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services in their Europe (Ireland) region, encrypted in transit. A very small number of these companies necessarily touch it:

  • · Amazon Web Services - hosting and databases, and Amazon SES for the emails the app sends.
  • · Apple and Google - they run the stores, take the payment for a paid app, and tell us nothing about you beyond that a purchase happened.

That is the whole list. There is no data broker, no advertising network, and no third party we hand your figures to.

What you can ask us to do

Under UK data protection law you have these rights, and exercising them is free. Email us and we will respond within a month, usually much sooner.

See it
Ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you.
Correct it
Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
Delete it
Ask us to erase your account and its data. We do, and it does not come back.
Take it elsewhere
Ask for your data in a portable format.
Complain
To us first, we hope - but you can go straight to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. Delete the account and we delete the data; we do not keep a shadow copy for later.

Age

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.

Getting in touch

For anything on this page - a question, a correction, or a request to delete your account - email support@icentricsystems.com.

iCentric Systems Ltd is the data controller. If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will say so in the app.
