Terms

Terms of Service.

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use one of our apps or this website. We have kept them short and readable, because terms nobody can understand protect nobody.

Last updated 16 October 2026. Published by Harbour SW Development, a trading name of iCentric Systems Ltd (England and Wales). How we handle your data is a separate document - see our privacy policy.

Which apps this covers

Fledge

Budgeting. Bought once from the store, no subscription.

Harbour Fitness

Club membership. Your club provides your access, not us.

Stock4

Stock control for trades. Licensed to your company.

Freehold and Task2 are sold on a subscription and have their own terms, linked from their own listings.

Using the app means accepting this

Install an app, create an account or use this website, and you are agreeing to what is on this page. If you do not agree with it, the honest answer is not to use the app, and to ask us to delete your account if you have one.

If you are using an app on behalf of a company or a club, you are confirming you are allowed to agree to this on their behalf.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself

Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has got into it, tell us and change your password.

Give us a real email address

It is how you confirm the account is yours and how you get back in if you forget your password. An address you cannot read is an account we cannot help you recover.

One person, one account

Accounts are personal. Where an app is licensed to a company or a club, each member gets their own login rather than sharing one.

If your club or employer provides the app

Harbour Fitness and Stock4 are supplied to an organisation, and that organisation decides who gets access. They can approve your membership, change what you can see, and remove it. We build and run the software; we do not make those decisions for them.

So if you cannot get in, or you want your membership record changed, your club or employer is the right first call. Come to us if something is actually broken.

Paying for things

Where an app is bought from the App Store or Google Play, that purchase is between you and the store, and their refund rules apply. We do not take your card details and never see them.

Where an app is licensed to a company directly, the price, term and notice period are whatever is written in that agreement, and it wins over anything general said here. Where a club takes payments through its own app, that money goes to the club, not to us.

Fair use

Most of this is obvious, but it is worth writing down.

  • · Do not try to break into accounts, data or systems that are not yours.
  • · Do not copy, resell or rebrand the apps as your own.
  • · Do not use them to store anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
  • · Do not attempt to overload or disrupt the service for other people.

If an account is doing one of these we may suspend it, and we will say why.

What you put in stays yours

The figures, records and notes you enter belong to you, or to the company the app is licensed to. We store them so the app can show them back to you, and we do not claim ownership of them or use them to sell you anything.

The apps themselves, the code, the names and the designs are ours and stay ours. Using an app does not transfer any of that to you.

What we can and cannot promise

We work hard to keep the apps running and correct, but we cannot promise they will never be unavailable or never have a bug. Maintenance happens, and so do faults. We fix what we find and what you report.

Keep your own copy of anything you genuinely cannot afford to lose. That is sensible advice for any software, ours included.

Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud - the law does not allow that and we would not want it to. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time. Email us to have your account and its data deleted, and it is deleted - we do not keep a shadow copy for later.

We may close an account that is being used against the fair use rules above, or where a company's licence has ended. If we ever retire an app, we will give reasonable notice and a way to get your data out first.

Changes, law and getting in touch

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will say so in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
